Everybody has a photo like this in their gallery. Like most of them, there's nothing particularly interesting going on. Neat bokeh though. What you could do in an image like this to be different is to use some brightly colored lights so that the reflections turn out all crazy. I saw a piece done where they used long fluorescent tubes of different colors to light the scene, and that put really strange and cool reflections in the glasses.
