Description
Back in June, my wife left for a girls' weekend in Paris and left me by myself. I took the opportunity to go with a few photography friends to a Schwingen and Älplerfest (Swiss Wrestling and Alpine fest), in the heart of Switzerland. We got lawn seats so we could get close to the action. The weather, unfortunately, wasn't always great (we sometimes had to huddle under our umbrellas while laying on the ground during the periodic rain), but the trip did offer some great sports photography moments!
